The use of this information by commercial enterprises, email list sellers, religious groups or individuals representing any religious group is expressly forbidden. No matter how noble the cause using the information on this site for other than its stated intended purposes is forbidden. Many of the animations are from the Animation Factory (www.animfactory.net) and are used within their prescribed limits for the subscription service paid. Under the terms of that subscription they may not be copied from this site and a copyright warning is listed on the opening page of the site.

Any commentary on this site unless otherwise specified reflects the individual opinions of the campus minister and not necessarily those of any group or organization to which he belongs or with which he is associated. No board or group oversees or has any control over this site.

The domain name is owned by the Onesimus Foundation through the generous donation of Hal Eason, however complete control of the content resides with Dick Houston. The content is not submitted to the Onesimus Foundation for approval nor does oversight of the content go to them until the death of Dick Houston. Dick Houston continues to pay all costs related to the site.

A number of people at Dick Houston's request make editorial suggestions in relation to wording of articles. Prominent among these are Dorothy Houston, Jean Houston Shore, Neil Heath, Adam Hall, and Teresa Bell. The responsibility however ultimately remains with Dick Houston who a number of times has gone against the advice of these friends.

This site is operated as a service to college students and high school seniors and their leaders by Dick Houston.
